Costs of entry is 10 dollars for three poems (one not more than 250 words, one not more than 500 words,and one not more than 1,000 words). All additional entries in any categories are 5 dollars each. Entry fees must be paid through PAYPAL at link at

All properly submitted material selected for award and published remains the copyrighted material of the author. Publisher will only have copyright on the final publication.

All paid entries must have the accompanying statement that the work is original and the work of the author submitting for competition.

All Entries must be accompanied by full payment at the time of entry plus current and active email address, home address, day time phone number and two digital photos (jpeg or gif) one face and one full length.

The decision of judges selection is final. 15 Selections will be made from each category for publication.

All entries will be acknowledged by return email.

First Place Overall Best Poem (all categories) - 200 dollars + a full page bio and 1 copy of the published book of poems.

First Place in Each Category - 100 dollars + a half page bio and 1 copy of the published book of poems.

Second Place in Each Category - 50 dollars and a four sentence bio and 1 copy of the published book of poems.

Third Place in Each Category - 25 dollars + a two sentence bio and 1 copy of the published book of poems.

All other entrants selected for the published book of poems will receive 1 copy of the published book of poems and a one line bio on the page their poem appears.

All winners will be announced here on this site September 1, 2003. All cash winners will be notified by phone prior to September 1, 2003. Cash prizes will awarded by first class registered mail.
