Digital Media Academy and iD Tech Camps both offer weeklong, day and overnight courses in a broad range of cutting-edge digital media topics. By week's end, attendees leave with impressive projects, knowledge of new digital media tools, newfound friendships, and a concrete sense of accomplishment. Each program immerses participants in a creative and relaxed learning environment, enabling them to learn new skills while in a project based hands on" learning mode.

Digital Media Academy: Creative Technology Immersion
The Digital Media Academy provides adult learners, including teens, college students, K-20 educators, and industry professionals with a weeklong learning experience in a summer retreat or camp" environment. In addition, participants can earn 4 quarter units of Stanford Continuing Studies credit. Courses include 3D Animation, Web Design, Strategies of Game Design, and Digital Video. Digital Media Academy attracts award-winning instructors such as Ben Waggoner ("world's greatest compressionist"), New York School of Visual Arts' Steve Adler, and veteran ABC producer and best-selling Final Cut Pro author, Tom Wolsky among others.
iD Tech Camps: Hands-On Technology Fun!
At iD Tech Camps, beginning to advanced students ages 8 to 17 dive into hands-on technology courses. During the week, students will have fun while producing digital movies, creating video games, designing web pages, composing and mixing digital music, learning programming & robotics, or participating in the Sports & Tech program. With one computer per student and an average of six students per instructor, campers complete a project and are given the attention they need to excel. Microsoft, HP, Apple, Adobe, LEGO, Canon, Macromedia, Iomega and others have partnered with iD Tech Camps to raise the bar in technology education. Besides Stanford University, iD Tech Camps is located at 32 universities nationwide, in 16 states and Spain.
