The Neckphones storage size has been increased to 256MB, enough room to hold four hours of digital music at a CD-quality 128kbps bitrate. Theres a built-in FM radio with six station pre-sets that can also record directly, making it possible to grab music on the go.

The Neckphone is as flexible as it is compact. The player supports a variety of popular digital music formats, including MP2, MP3, MP3Pro and WMA, connecting to a PC via a USB cable (included) for music downloads. (The Neckphone is compatible with Windows 98/ME/2000/Pro/XP.) The lack of drive mechanisms results in skip-free sound, while an equalizer with dynamic bass lets users customize the listening experience based on music styles including: jazz, rock, pop, classical and voice. A single AAA battery powers the device for over 10 hours.
