Police Officer Exposes The Truth About Traffic Tickets.

The manual contains information from the police officer's perspective to clarify, and hopefully eliminate, any misunderstandings between the community and their police department.

Montclair, New Jersey-Taking great personal and professional
risk, California Highway Patrolman David Kelley, has violated the
sancitity of police confidentiality, and revealed the secrets of
talking one's way out of a traffic ticket. He asserts that many
people, mostly because of their bad attitudes, pre-conceived
ideas, and misunderstandings about the police, will actually TALK
THEMSELVES INTO a traffic ticket they might not have otherwise
received.

There's a prevailed factor to consider if one is to talk his way
out of a ticket, and too many people simply don't understand the
true function of the police. In most instances, the average
person can't understand a police officer's perspective towards
law enforcement. And that's the subject of Kelley's 49-page
manual, "How To Talk Your Way Out Of A Traffic Ticket".

As a 26-year police veteran with service on both highway patrol
and local police departments, he's an acknowledge expert on
traffic tickets, police thinking, police actions and driver
reactions. Kelley believes that being forearmed with knowledge
will not only assist the motorist who finds himself in
trouble...but will actually help prevent traffic violations and
accidents in the first place.

Motorists who are "cop wise" are also "cop wary" and tend
therefore, to be better drivers. America seems to be ready for
some straight talk from an honest cop. Advice in the manual
includes:

What a police officer may be thinking as he approaches your car.
Things to NEVER say to a police officer.
How to put the odds in your favor.
A list of excuses NEVER to use.
Advice to "name droppers".
How to respond to any police officer.
What to expect if you're a teenager.
How to respond to a radar ticket, and how to spot its weaknesses.
How to fight a ticket in court-and win!
How to respond to the judge.
The "key" to beating a ticket in court.
Things about the police you should NEVER tell the judge.
How to behave if you're stopped for drunk driving.
How a police officer determines if you're legally drunk.
Why you should NEVER tell an officer you'll "see him in court",
even if you intend to do so.
How and when to prepare your own case.

Additionally, the manual discusses the problem of drunk drivers
and gives advice to the driver who has had a few, and is now
behind the wheel. It's praised and enthusiastically recommended
by thousands around the country, who firmly believe that you
shouldn't drive another mile until you've read this enlightening
manual. It's everything you've always wanted to know about the
police...but were afraid to ask. The manual is available for
$19.95 from Charles McDuffie, P.O. Box 1901, Montclair, New
Jersey 07042-1901.
