In her capacity as Senior Vice President, Ms. Doherty, assumes responsibility for Business Development and Marketing, and reports to Timothy Goumas, president and CEO.

Ms. Doherty spent more than 2 years with Monster, where she held the positions of Regional Vice President of Telesales and Senior Vice President of e-Commerce, Agency Relations, and Applicant Tracking System Sales, a $150 million channel. Ms. Doherty also has more than 20 years of domestic and international experience in Sales and Marketing Management, Marketing and Sales Organizational Design, Business Development Programs, Alliance and Partnership Programs, and New Product / Services Campaign Development and Implementation.

Karen Doherty brings to the Hiring Machine exceptional leadership and management expertise, knowledge of the Human Capital Management and online recruitment industries, and the ability to quickly assimilate a vision and develop plans for operational execution," said Timothy J.
