SAI and MSS*Group Announce Strategic Partnership to Bring Greater Control to Voice and Data Cost Management
The alliance between the two leaders in telemanagement and cost management will improve business control over rising telecom expenses.

MSS*Group will incorporate the cost allocation information derived from SAI's Sierra Gold Virtual Telemanagement System (Sierra Gold VTS) into its MSS*Group Power Suite service to provide clients with end-to-end cost management capabilities from the enterprise down to the desktop. Both companies will offer comprehensive voice and data management services, including everything from enterprise-wide cost recovery and bill management to employee-level expense allocation to help companies reduce costs.

Using a standard Web browser, managers have online access to processed reports within hours of the end of their reporting period. Enhanced features include Toll Fraud, Ad Hoc Reports, Operator Directory, Third Party Billing, and PBX Integration. Sierra Gold VTS is the first telemanagement system to provide enterprise-wide, call accounting capabilities with customized Web pages for instant report access via the Internet or corporate Intranet.
MSS*Groups Power Suite
The MSS*Group Power Suite is comprised of two ASP services and MSS*Groups flagship business process outsourcing service, each designed to provide information on, and control over, monthly telecom costs. Unlike traditional auditing services, MSS*Group charges a fixed fee for services rather than a percent of cost savings. Customers retain 100 percent of all savings. MSS Power 100 lets companies use MSS*Group's telecom cost management software via the Web in an ASP mode to analyze telecom bills, verify contract rates, and identify problems. MSS Power 120, also an ASP service, adds invoice processing to Power 100. MSS Power 140 provides full telecom cost management services on an outsourcing basis.
