DataBrowser simplifies Business Intelligence end-user query and reporting with web browser-based software that works with any ODBC compliant database.

New web browser-based software that allows end-users to build Business Intelligence queries and reports simply and easily was released today. Use it with any database that has Open Database Connectivity.

Salt Lake City, Utah, June 6th 2003.

On June 6th 1944 the allies launched the invasion of Europe, landing at various locations on the French coast, including Utah beach.

This June 6th is D-Day again, but this time it's Data Day. DataBrowser was released today in Salt Lake City, Utah, and provides a much simpler end-user interface to Business Intelligence query and reporting software than traditional solutions. Users build their own queries and reports on-the-fly, within their data access privileges.

By choosing options from HTML SELECT boxes on the DataBrowser web page, within minutes of starting the software users can query realtime, on-line, active, databases, as well as the more traditional data marts. And they can modify queries at will - want to change that report from people who bought SUVs costing more than $ 40,000 and had income over $ 60,000? No problem, click, click, and it's changed to people who bought sedans for under $ 25,000 and had incomes under $ 40,000.

Need big reports? No problem. DataBrowser has been tested with 1.7 million record reports -that's the report size, not the database! Scroll around reports with 10, 10,000, or a million plus records with the same speed and ease.

Going to be away from a network connection? No problem, of course. DataBrowser lets you create local data files on your computer that are subsets of the main database, and are queried just the same ( you just don't need the original database or the software that created it ).

So, if you want a simple solution to a complex problem, be sure to try DataBrowser - there's an on-line demo at the web site at :
