It is common knowledge that Miami has its share of minority-owned enterprises, but hardly any have received the special certifications possessed by Bristol Public Relations. The firm is one of only a handful of public relations and marketing agencies in the tri-county area certified by the U.S. Small Business Administrations 8(a) Business Development (BD) program for federal government contracts. Additionally, BPR is a registered vendor with Miami-Dade County, City of Miami, City of Coral Gables, City of North Miami Beach and South Florida Water Management District. BPR is also a certified Minority Business Enterprise with the City of Miami and South Florida Water Management District.

There are so many requirements and so much paperwork associated with trying to cater to the public sector, that many firms get frustrated. At the age of 31, Eloise E. Rodriguez has already served as the executive director of the Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce for two years and was an editor and marketing director for Miamis Community Newspapers for nearly seven years. Rafael L. Rodriguez

has been a vital part of the business management aspects of Bristol Public Relations, Inc., since its inception.
