Naperville, IL (PRWEB) June 9, 2003 - Wizdom recently completed three weeks of intensive training to Operations Executives and Information Systems personnel of the Tanzania Revenue Authority in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), the Wizdom Minerva Methodology, Performance Measurement and Activity Based Costing (ABC). The course was conducted on site in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.

The TRA is embarking on a long term project to become the model of efficiency and effectiveness in performing all aspects of its responsibility.

During the training the TRA Team proved the ability to handle tasks ranging from agreement on a 5 year vision, to the details of creating Process Models with performance properties, Data Models with business rules and translation of this analysis into financial, technology and business plans necessary to achieve the TO-BE vision.

Most importantly said Dennis, “I became a friend to some really good people”.
