The 29th annual Common Ground Sanctuary Art in the Park is slated for 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20 and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 21 at Shain Park in downtown Birmingham, Mich. Admission is free.

Featuring ceramics, jewelry, paintings, sculpture, photography, glass and more, the juried fair will include 190 fine artists from across the country, a silent auction, food, entertainment and a variety of childrens activities.

Art in the Park is the primary fund-raiser for Common Ground Sanctuary, an Oakland County-based nonprofit crisis services agency. Proceeds fund CGS 24-hour crisis line (800-231-1127), shelters for youths in crisis, family counseling and outreach to at-risk teens.
