One of the basic tenets in the United States is that we are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Unfortunately, most people, including corporate executives, are tried in the court of public opinion. Even if they are exonerated, their reputations are often indelibly marked. This site asks visitors, How would you feel if you were accused of something and everyone decided you did it-even before your trial?"

The site contains a petition that visitors can sign affirming that they believe a person is innocent until proven guilty. A poll is also being conducted as to public opinion about Martha Stewarts innocence or guilt.
