Q Comm International, Inc. (OTC BB: QCMM), a provider of prepaid transaction processing and electronic point-of-sale (POS) distribution solutions, today announced that Success Concepts Enterprises, Inc., a marketer of electronic POS system solutions, has entered into an agreement to purchase Qxpress 200 point-of-sale activation (POSA) terminals and transaction processing services from Q Comm. Under the agreement, Q Comm will deliver 1,000 new terminals by August 30, 2003. The first two hundred terminals are due to ship by the end of June 2003.

(OTC BB: QCMM), a provider of prepaid transaction processing and electronic point-of-sale (POS) distribution solutions, today announced that Success Concepts Enterprises, Inc., a marketer of electronic POS system solutions, has entered into an agreement to purchase Qxpress 200 point-of-sale activation (POSA) terminals and transaction processing services from Q Comm. Success Concepts uses POSA terminals to electronically distribute and sell a variety of prepaid products and financial services through 3,000 retail locations throughout the United States. Under the agreement, Success Concepts will private-label Q Comms Qxpress 200 terminal as Wild Bull POS -- Powered by Q Comm". Success Concepts will use the Qxpress 200 terminals to sell its own suite of prepaid products and financial services as well as those offered by Q Comm. Success will pay Q Comm a percentage of gross revenues on all sales that are processed through the terminals.
