CBC.ca partners with Serence KlipFolio to offer real-time desktop news stories.
The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and Serence today announced the launch of the CBC.ca news desktop service, offering real-time News headline and Sports headline Klips.
The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and Serence today announced the launch of the CBC.ca news desktop service, offering real-time News headline and Sports headline Klips. A Klip is a live, automated and customizable information service from CBC.ca that runs in an easy to use desktop application called KlipFolio. This allows CBC.ca users to select and receive any combination of various news channels: top stories, business and world news, including breaking stories; regional news from the provinces and territories; and sports.

The free CBC.ca Klips are easy to install. Users can log on to www.serence.com and download KlipFolio. After installation, add the CBC.ca News and CBC.ca Sports Klips that are found under the "News" and "Recreation & Sports" categories at www.klipfarm.com. The Klips are then available immediately on the users desktop.
