Mr. Kennedy, the second Monster.com executive to join the Hiring Machine in as many weeks, will report to Timothy J. Goumas, president and CEO of the Hiring Machine. Mr. Kennedy has been asked to build and manage the Companys TeleSales Group that will focus on new business development and driving sales revenue.
Mr. Kennedy spent nearly five years with Monster.com where he held progressively more responsible positions that include Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager of Monsters healthcare-oriented business. Mr. Kennedy was responsible for championing overall marketing and sales strategy, business development, management, strategic planning, revenue projections, and growth, and managed 12 Regional Sales Managers spread across Monsters Healthcare vertical channel in the U.S. Mr. Kennedy brings more than 15 years of Sales and sales leadership experience to the Hiring Machine.
