Geisinger welcomes new Chief Information Security Officer
Jaime Chanaga has been appointed Geisinger Health System's Chief Information Security Officer.
DANVILLE June 12, 2003 -- Jaime Chanaga has been appointed Geisinger Health System's Chief Information Security Officer. Along with the rest of the Information Security Department, Chanaga will be facilitating and overseeing the further development of standards, policies and procedures for safeguarding Geisingers information resources.
Chanaga has served leading Fortune 500 and 100 organizations such as Computer Associates and Lucent Technologies throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. He comes to Geisinger from OAG.COM, where he was responsible for full operating and systems planning for the Information Security division.
Chanaga is board-certified in Information Security, holding the designations of Certified Information Systems Security Professional and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
