CARTIS SAYS : BLUE INDUSTRIES IS A HOAX"

CARTIS responds to the empty and false statements Patrick Gouverneur, President of Blue Industries Inc., dared make, and comments on how BLUE really leaves up to its obligation to comply with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 in its public communications.

PALM BEACH, FLA (PRWEB) June 18, 2003 - In response to an inaccurate, unsubstantiated, deceitful and defamatory Press Release published on April 30, 2003, by Patrick Gouverneur, the President of BLUE INDUSTRIES Inc. (OTCBB-BLII), Hervé Gallion, the Executive Chairman of CARTIS Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets:CARI) today responded :

If BLUE is a fully reporting company that takes its obligation so seriously", which implies declaring all relevant facts affecting the company within 5 days of their discovery :

- Why is it that it took BLUE over 6 weeks to report to the S.E.C. or its shareholders [sank in the overall information of its 2003s 10KSB filed on May 22nd, 2003], that their sole operating company : BLUE SAS of Pringy, France, has effectively been put into liquidation on April 8th, that the entire staff of the company has been fired and that they have no office of their own neither in Switzerland nor in the USA, when we, CARTIS, were able to correctly disclose such facts on April 24th , i.e. 2 weeks only after the fact and one month before them !

- How come the alleged" theft of $850000 worth of Inventory & supplies that CARTIS recovered from the Pringy office on March 16th and which the company allegedly" declared stolen to their Insurance carrier, has now shrank to: $294000 in Inventory and $103000 in Plants & Equipments in their 10KSB, i.e. less than half the amount originally declared 8 ½ weeks earlier ? (see BLUEs Press Release of March 18th -- within 24 hours of discovery, this time ! - and the subsequent 8K filed by the Company with the S.E.C. on March 20th and 28th]

- Why hasnt BLUE rendered its quarterly statements duly audited" as the S.E.C. regulation requires from a fully reporting company ?

- Why has BLUE waited so long to report to the S.E.C. and its shareholders that on October 1st, 2002, it lost the Exclusive License" [and all and any related licence for that matter] for Middle East, the Gulf, North Africa, Thailand & China of the French Patent of H.T.C.I. N° 0007642 and PCT/FR01/01817 which it was bragging about having acquired from EAUDEGAM SA on February 6th, 2002, concerning the purification process for sewage effluent ? Why are these equipment still appearing on the companys websites as its proprietary" technology and patent ?

- Why hasnt BLUE reported anything further about the Swiss company "DESERT BLUE SA" it said it would set up to materialize the Joint-Venture agreement of December 12th, 2001, for Middle East, the Gulf & North Africa, in which BLUE was to hold 46% and M.L.T.O. the other 56% (the total is 102% !), a company which allegedly posted an order to BLUE in February 2002 for $1136000 worth of equipment and was to pay a $1000000 up front licence fee ?

- Why does BLUE never comments on the loss of all the fabulous contracts they allegedly signed for millions of dollars such as the Thai contract with Happy Shrimp Ltd., the Cambodian contract where they shipped equipment on a deposit basis which, unsold, is sitting in a warehouse, the alleged US$ 15 million contract with BCTN of China where the country will only accept duly patented filtering powders, which BLUE does not have.

- How is it that out of the blue" a proprietary filtering powder" appears, at a time when CARTIS just canceled the exclusive distribution agreement of its patented Cartis filtering powder, leaving BLUE high & dry without any product to market, except for raw materials widely available such as activated charcoal ?

- Why is it that nobody knows, or is privy to the names of Scientists or Laboratories that allegedly developed such proprietary filtering powder", in the absence of any patent or homologation whatsoever and of any scientist attached to BLUEs Staff or, for that matter, where & by whom is this powder manufactured as it is required to be disclosed by the S.E.C. ? Out of which witch's brew" did this powder suddenly come out from, so appropriately, when all the major water companies in the world such as VIVENDI and LYONNAISE DES EAUX of France or RWE of Germany have spent millions in trying to develop same to no avail and when it took CARTIS 7 years to develop with the help of scientists at the "National Center for Scientific Research" of France (CNRS) ? How is it that BLUE, otherwise so jealous and secretive about its alleged products, would give the manufacturing process & know how of its proprietary Blue powder filtration media" to a third party contractor" (see 10KSB as at 12/31/2003), without even being protected by a patent ! ? Who do they think they are going to fool ?

- And so forth and so on,

On the false affirmations of the company we can confirm that :

CARTIS never effected any shipment of its patented filtering powder to BLUE.
BLUE misappropriated CARTIS inventory located in CEFCAs offices of Pringy (CARTIS powder manufacturing subsidiary) when Cyril HEITZLER, then the General Manager of CEFCA and CEO of BLUE, despolied CEFCA by canceling the lease of said offices (without removing any of what it contained: Office furniture & equipments, supplies & inventory, laboratory, etc.) and immediately re-signing it in the name of BLUE SAS, BLUE INDUSTRIES Incs sole operating subsidiary, now in liquidation.

Following the lease transfer of CEFCA to BLUE, all of CEFCAs personnel resigned (but for the Chief Science Officer : Serigne DIOUM, who expressed himself in our last press release) and were immediately rehired by BLUE [but not without having Cyril Heitzler, CEFCAs General Manager, grant each of the departing employee a double month salary, inclusive of himself !]. If this does not qualify as BLUE attempting to hire any consultant or employees of CARTIS", we need serious crash courses in English.

We are not accusing BLUE of mislabeling BLUEs products into CARTIS name but rather the opposite: putting BLUEs FS600x" powder name on bags that contain Cartis patented powder.

With regards to Patrick Gouverneurs unsubstantiated statement that the Patented Cartis    filtering powder does not provide the water treatment and storage benefits claimed by its promotional materials and patent", it is sufficient to refer to the homologations delivered by the Chinese Ministry of Health & other Beijing authorities (which norms are identical to the US FDA ones), all the tests effected by various laboratories (of which the world renowned Institut Pasteur of Madagascar) or by the Central Water Authority (CWA) of Mauritius, the outstanding results obtained on shrimp farms in Thailand and thousands of satisfied customers, to know that Patrick Gouverneur will stop at no lie to try and discredit what has come to be its biggest nightmare in the continuation of its useless activity. If, at least, recognized Scientists and Laboratories were countersigning such statements ! But, as for all what Patrick Gouverneur has to offer, it is unfulfilled promises, big words and hot air.

BLUE has no scientist, is incapable to establish or verify quality control tests of any kind, has no laboratory to speak of, has a tiny plasma reactor it doesnt even know how to operate, no patented product, no homologation to refer to and no credibility. BLUE is a hoax.

Its not because a company is fully reporting" that it is honest and straightforward as fully reported" hereto and, we believe, soon demonstrated otherwise.
Indeed, unlike Blue which has only been making empty forward looking statements and has always failed to fulfill its promises, we, CARTIS Inc., hereby confirm that a number of actions baring reference dates have been taken against BLUE, its Directors & Officers and its distributors on which we will keep silent, as before, until the appropriate authorities move in to do their job, wherever needed.

Hopefully, these actions, when acted upon by the appropriate authorities worldwide, will put an end for good to this International gang" which has consistently abused & disrespected its shareholders, misrepresented BLUEs business, lied on its real status, contracts, turnover, etc.

We, CARTIS Inc., will then be able to resume our activity and dedicate all our attention to the completion of the reorganization plan we are presently conducting which will permit us, in time, to bring CARTIS back to a fully reporting status to the benefit of all our shareholders.
