Kevin Hein and Richard Krumbein join the firm's Denver office, bringing extensive experience in franchising law and international business transactions to restaurant, retail and franchise industry clients.

Hein's practice is concentrated in real estate and franchise matters, including retail services, franchise and distribution, registration and disclosure, franchise sales compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate counseling and dispute resolution. In addition, he regularly presents at regional and national conferences on topics important to the retail, restaurant and franchise industry. Hein received his Bachelor of Science in business finance with honors from Colorado State University and earned his juris doctor with cum laude distinction from Georgetown University.

Krumbein's practice is concentrated in business and finance, with a focus in international business transactions and joint ventures, franchising and regulatory matters, banking, manufacturing, distribution and securities law. He has extensive background in Latin American and Mexican inbound and outbound transactions and cross-border business expansions. Krumbein earned his M.B.A. with honors in international finance from Pace University and received his juris doctor from Case Western University, where he earned cum laude distinction. Krumbein is bilingual and regularly negotiates legal transactions in Spanish.
