In the novel, sparks fly between Dr. Rebecca Nelson, a world famous Aborigine Marine Biologist, and Rory McTavish, a handsome Outback Reverend, as they encounter a deadly fish kill from Cyanide on a Reconciliation Journey for Australia's Aborigine people. Their lives and all aboard the Taranga II become endangered as a high government official resorts to scuttling the boat in an attempt to prevent the cause of the massive fish kill from becoming public knowledge.
