TRUSTMARK SELECTS EDCOMM'S ACHIEVING TELLER EXCELLENCE AS ITS TELLER TRAINING PROGRAM

Trustmark has selected The Edcomm Group's Achieving Teller Excellence program to provide teller training in its branch locations throughout Mississippi and Tennessee.

Achieving Teller Excellence is a comprehensive training program that teaches the knowledge, skills and attitude that make tellers successful. Using instructor-led, computer-based and role-play techniques, it introduces new tellers to the banking industry and provides them with both the skills and professionalism to perform their job functions. The program is fully customized to include training on Trustmark's products and services as well as its teller system and procedures.
