Reiki is an ancient Japanese art of healing. Most every physical and emotional ailment can be traced back to a blockage in the body's energy fields, or Chakras. Through laying on of the hands, blockages in the body are cleared, thus allowing the body to heal itself the way nature intended.

Reiki can be performed on yourself or others. It is very relaxing and therapeutic. Reiki can accelerate the healing of injuries, relieve stress, reduce pain, relieve headaches, cramps, and promote general wellness just to name a few.

Reiki is very effective with other therapies as well, including chiropractic, reflexology, accupressure, massage and traditional methods.
