New email alerts protect business from Internet Security Vulnerabilities and email Viruses.

In an effort to keep the business community informed of the most recent internet security vulnerabilities as well as updated on the most recent email viruses, eCommSecurity has started a Security Vulnerability Alert email notification campaign.

This Free service details the most current security vulnerabilities of major hardware appliances and widely distributed software. In some of the most recent alerts, the emails detailed vulnerabilities in Internet Explorer, Windows Media, and even some major voicemail providers.

This alert service also warns of the most dangerous email viruses. Last week, the alert system notified it's subscribers of the potentially harmful BugBear Viruses. The email not only notified of the potential threat, but also provided a link to the various virus protection software downloads to prevent the spread of the email.
