Internet-based commercial real estate information service provider RealtyRates.com has been selected as one of just 25 Web sites cited as an Editors' Choice Award winner by Internet real estate directory REALS.com.

According to a REALS.com spokesman, "We recognize sites which offer superior information and great content. Less than 1/2 of 1% of all sites are recognized by our REALS.com Editors' Choice Award.
