The recent changes, including the addition of a Hot New Listings" section and a Browse Virtual Tours" option, will provide visitors with a more targeted home search. In addition, these modifications will allow real estate professionals to reach more qualified homebuyers.

Real estate professionals and homebuyers will benefit from the Hot New Listings" section, which allows visitors to perform a separate search for brand new listings that just come out on the market. Home listings that qualify for this section must be accompanied by a photo and will display as a Hot New Listing" for five days after being posted. The results display differs from the standard Find a Home" search, in that it initially shows a thumbnail photo and price, which visitors can click through to reach the listing details. Hot New Listings" can also be reached via the regular Find a Home" search. When a Hot New Listing" is included on standard results page, it is designated with a special icon.

This will lead to a nationwide map from which users may select a state and region to search for listings with Virtual Tours. In addition, while doing a Find a Home" search, it is possible to indicate that all results should have accompanying Virtual Tours.
