Anna Sapozhnikov's MOYAMO DANCE to perform at Bellarmine University in Louisville Kentucky on July 12-13, 2003.

MOYAMO DANCE is a professional modern dance company founded by Anna Sapozhnikov. The touring company includes choreographers and dancers from the Chicago, Louisville, and Champaign Illinois area.

MOYAMO DANCE will present "DEBUT," a modern dance performance featuring nine works at The Amy Cralle Theatre, housed in the Wyatt Center for the Arts at Bellarmine University, 2001 Newburg Road, Louisville KY. The show will open on Saturday, July 12 at 8:00pm and Sunday, July 13 at 2:00pm. Anna Sapozhnikov(founder & artistic director) will present three works. "Endless Nameless," a new duet which was a collaboaration with Louisville visual artist Russel Hulsey with composition and sound manipulation by Thomas C. DeLisle, will open the show. "Lane #2," in collaboration with Tricia Weidmann, focuses on life in the confines of a bowling alley. "Zeitlos," puts six dancers through a "physically demanding regimen of virtuoso twitches of torso and head"-(Marty Rosen, The Courier-Journal, 2003). Other works in the program include solos and group works by Elizabeth Johnson, Johannah Wininsky, Natalie Bogira, Sara Hook and David Parker.
