Top browser also allows you to be able to open the profiles by double clicking on the *.tbp files, or open HTML Documents from the command line, IE: (C:\Apps\TopBrowser.exe http://site.com) and (C:\Apps\TopBrowser.exe C:\HTML\Test.html) command line calls.
