MCMAHON ASSOCIATES OVERSEAS PROPERTY EXHIBITION SUCCESS

Leading Cardiff TEAM estate agents, McMahon Associates will be bringing a tantalising taste of life in sunnier climes to Cardiff on 26th and 27th July 2003 when they host the first in a series of special overseas property exhibitions at their offices in Cowbridge Road East, Canton.

Organised in association with selected agents belonging to TEAMs growing Overseas Division - who will also have staff available on the day to provide expert advice on all aspects of buying property abroad - the event will feature a dazzling selection of new and re-sale properties in all price ranges, in many of the most popular locations in Spain, Turkey, Cyrpus, Florida and France.
   
Also on hand to provide guidance on financing requirement will be McMahon Associates independent mortgage advisor John Davidson. A selection of continental snacks and wine will even be available to help give visitors to the exhibition an authentic taste of the Mediterranean lifestyle!

The person responsible for organising the event is McMahon Associates Company Director. A lot of overseas property events tend to be held in hotels and other large venues, where people are often subjected to a lot of sales pressure from companies that wont even be in town the next day!" he says.
