Schuck was co-founder of NT International, which was sold to Entegris in 2001. He also co-founded Edentec, which was acquired by Nellcor in 1991. He previously held management and executive positions at Rosemount and Medtronic. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, where he majored in electrical engineering, Schuck also received a Sloan management degree from Stanford University. He currently serves on the board of the Alpha-1 Foundation, dedicated to research on Alpha-1, a genetic disorder that causes liver and lung disease.
