Flexible Working now dominates news headlines following enforcement of recent legislation, yet the full impact on UK business remains unknown. Flexible Working consultants, JB Associates, will be hosting an invitation-only press round table discussion at the Flexible Working Solutions Conference.

Round Table Participants:

·   Peter Thompson, Director of Future Work Forum, Henley Management College, one of the world's leading business schools focused on providing high quality, relevant management development in partnership with both industry and organisations worldwide.

·   Stephen Bevan, Deputy Director of Research, The Work Foundation, an independent, not-for-profit think-tank and consultancy aimed at providing fresh thinking, responses to government policy and new ideas to transform labour markets, workplaces and working life.

·   John Blackwell, Managing Director, JB Associates Ltd, a research centred consultancy that offers proven methodologies to transform complex issues into auditable business cases. (Mr Blackwell is a visiting fellow at three Universities across Europe and author of several books on Flexible Working and Business Agility)

Discussion Topics:

The panel will be discussing the challenges and opportunities of flexible working, the impact on both organisational structures and employee work styles, technology platforms required to support the enterprise, as well as latest research findings from their respective organisations.
