Baxa Corporation Announces Recent Chairman and President Promotions Within Its Leadership Team
Greg Baldwin, CEO of Denver-based Baxa Corporation, has been named Chairman of the Board of Directors for the company. He assumes these duties from Brian Baldwin, company founder and Chairman Emeritus, who will continue his involvement with Baxa as Chief Development Architect. In addition, Jeff Baldwin, Chief Operating Officer for the company, has been promoted to President.
Englewood, CO (PRWEB) June 27, 2003 -- Baxa Corporation announces key promotions in its top leadership. Greg Baldwin has taken the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, in addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer. Jeff Baldwin has been promoted to President, while continuing as Chief Operating Officer.
Greg Baldwin joined Baxa as Senior Vice President for Worldwide Sales and Marketing in 1993, and was promoted to President in 1998. A graduate of Bowdoin College (Brunswick, ME), he holds an MBA from Boston University.
Jeff Baldwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Tulane. Since joining Baxa full-time in 1991, he has held positions as Project Engineer, Engineering Director, and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Jeff was also Managing Director of Baxa Ltd., the company's UK subsidiary for two years before returning to the corporate headquarters as COO.
