RBC Centura has selected Focus On Compliance as its bankwide compliance training program. Focus on Compliance is a computer-based, distance-learning program that can be delivered via internet, intranet or CD-ROM. This self-paced interactive program teaches banking regulations with easy-to-understand language, in an interactive, self-paced format. Participants learn from their point of view with a curriculum customized to their position. The program includes a quick reference guide to the regs and a glossary of compliance terms, as well as a library of reference materials and forms for each banking regulation.
