COMMERCE BANCORP SELECTS THE EDCOMM GROUP TO PROVIDE MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT TRAINING CURRICULUM

Commerce Bancorp has selected The Edcomm Group to provide management development training throughout the banks Operations Division. Edcomm will deliver a series of courses focusing on developing leadership, customer service and problem solving skills.

The training will include Edcomms interactive, participative Leadership: Sharing the Vision program, which provides interpersonal communication skills and strategies for clients in the banking, insurance, card services and financial services industries.

The series also features Serving Your Customer, a two-day course focused on teaching banking professionals how to provide both external and internal customers with an excellent Customer Experience. Participants learn the skills and techniques of effective communication as well as strategies for anticipating and satisfying the needs of their customers.

Finally, Edcomm will deliver Problem Solving and Decision Making, a one-day, high-energy course focused on teaching business professionals how to recognize and analyze problems, identify goals and make decisions to ensure those goals are met. Participants will learn how to determine problem triggers, set requirements and choose a course of action using the SOLVER model.
