NutriSmart USA LLC Offers Solution to Corporations for $12 Billion/Year Obesity Related Health Care Costs

NutriSmart USA will begin to pursue corporate channels for its weight loss program. The program could save millions and millions of dollars annually, as the costs of obesity are rising.

David E. Hammer, President of NutriSmart USA LLC, responded to news today regarding the creation of the Institute on the Costs and Health Effects of Obesity, by the Washington Business Group on Health. Hammer seeks insurance companies and agents, and various professionals who currently interface with the Human Resource and Health Management departments of large corporations to propose the NutriSmart USA Corporate Weight Loss Program. "The benefits out program offers large corporations could save millions and millions of dollars annually," Hammer stated. Vincent Kerr, director of health management at Ford Motor Company, one of hte founding members of the institute stated that "obesity has a devastating impact on the health of employees and, by extension, on their employers." NutriSmart USA's program is founded on nutritional fundamentals, tracking and monitoring calories consumed and expended, and reinforced by a "buddy" support network system. Hammer stated that he is very confident that given the opportunity to introduce the NutriSmart USA proram, the results will be positive and long lasting.
