A new TR Cutler,Inc survey of 898 manufacturers shows 82% think the third and fourth economic quarters of 2003 will be outstanding. TR Cutler, Inc. is the founder of the Manufacturing Media Consortium and the survey was completed on Saturday June 28, 2003. The margin of error is +/- 3.5%.
