Blue Parrot Energy Inc. Announces a Production Increase in it's Wholly Owned Subsidiary Blue Parrot Resources Inc.

CALGARY, ALBERTA (PRWEB) July 2, 2003 -- Blue Parrot Energy Inc. is pleased to announce
that it's wholly owned subsidiary Blue Parrot Resources Inc. has brought it's new well at 6-17 in it's Bonnie Glen Cardium Unit on to production and after full recovery of frac fluids the well is producing 53 barrels of oil a day with a water cut of 5%.

Bill Elligson, President of Blue Parrot Energy Inc. said that with the new well on line it will increase our daily production to 170 BOED, and in keeping with our business strategy, having focused on building company operations within selected areas through exploitation-driven acquisitions, it has provided positive results for us.
