ICAEW Accreditation for Risk Management Software

The risk management software - RisGen - is the first to have been accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).

Line International Limited is delighted to announce that their risk management software RisGen has been accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).

The ICAEW document Internal Control -- Guidance for Directors on the Combined Code" commonly known as Turnbull Guidance" states that A sound system of internal control depends on a thorough and regular evaluation of the nature and extent of the risks to which the company is exposed".

RisGen is the first risk management package to receive the ICAEW accreditation and has been designed around this requirement. Its objective-based approach to internal control simplifies the compilation and communication of all types of risk which may prevent an organisation from achieving its objectives.

The deployment of RisGen will aid the refinement of the risk management culture, provide an auditable trail of risk management activity and calculate an indication of financial exposure at any organisational level or for a specific activity.
