The Center for Higher Education Support Services announces a new newsletter focusing on legal issues in financial aid administration. It is the first of its kind.

WILMINGTON, NC (PRWEB) July 4, 2003 - Center for Higher Education Support Services, Inc. (CHESS), a higher education consulting firm specializing in financial aid management and legal issues, today announced the release of a new newsletter for financial aid administrators.

"There are a number of newsletters targeted to student personnel administrators which address legal issues but none dealt with financial aid legal issues," said Mark Williams, president and founder of CHESS, Inc. "After convening a focus group of aid administrators, we decided to launch this free service which is the first of its kind."

The newsletter, endgame, is available at www.chessconsulting.org and by email subscription. The target audience are administrators at colleges, universities, and financial aid industry participants. endgame focuses on how management, strategic direction, and the law apply to financial aid.
