THE CAMPAIGN FOR THE RELEASE OF THE FILM "...?..""...MAYBE..." COMMENCED IN CANNES, CONTINUES IN KARLOVY VARY, BEFORE TO HIT THE STATES

Toronto Pictures "..?..." "..Maybe..." opens in the US this fall through an Echelon release.

The film, starring emerging Canadian star Christina Macris, is written, directed and produced by Bruno Pischiutta. Bruno's film MAYBE, will undergo a multi million dollar advertising, media and promotional campaign in North America, preceding the initial theatrical release in October, in New York, Los Angeles and other 15 cities in the US.

This is the first release in America of a Bruno Pischiutta film. Pischiutta is the one author in Canada (he writes, directs and produces) and is the one Italian born director working in America. The launch of the film will of course, put his name on the map in the States, to follow with the great Italian directors of the past.

For the US release, promotional plans have included a festival strategy in Cannes 2003, where Toronto Pictures was a sponsor of the Market's Buyers Lounge and Web Cafe run by cannesmarket.com and filmfestivals.com., and the sponsorship of the Internet Checkpoint at the upcoming Film Festival of Karlovy Vary.

CO-PRODUCTIONS

Two new feature films are on the way for shooting:
"VIRTARY - STORIES OF LOST VIRGINITY" and "SINS & SINNERS".
These two features will be co-produced by Toronto Pictures and producers from England, Ireland and Italy.

Principal Photography will start at the end of August 2003; the location shooting will take place in Vancouver (Canada) and the Studio sequences will be filmed in South England. Bruno Pischiutta will direct. The cast will be chosen from the in-house talent of Toronto Pictures and Hollywood and UK stars.

The documentary will contain a colorful and compelling mixture of historical recreation, footage shot on location, archive films, artists' impressions, rare museum and private collection artifacts, computer animation and factual presentation, with pieces to camera and interviews from presenter/s and members of the healing profession, from native shamans or "medicine men" to high-technology specialists.

Rather than embracing a "history lesson" approach, THE ART OF HEALTHY LIVING will be rooted in today's world, aiming to explore our contemporary understanding of caring and curing by the examination of significant factors from humanity's past.

FREE FILM ACTING COURSE

The courses will be taughed by Bruno Pischiutta, one of the most internationally awarded Canadian film directors.

The pre-selection process is still on for admission at the Free Film Acting Course offered by Toronto Pictures. The course will start in October 2003 and will end in March 2004; it is absolutely free for talent who are selected after a preliminary interview. The chosen talent are trained to work in Toronto Pictures' productions.
