Tribridge Acquires Integration Specialists, Inc.

Acquisition Will Offer Clients Seamless Access to Operations, Technology, Security, and Infrastructure Services.

TAMPA, Fla. (PRWEB) July 10, 2003 -- Tribridge, Inc., provider of business consulting services in operations, technology, and customer relationship management, has acquired Integration Specialists, Inc. (ISI), provider of information security and network infrastructure services, effective July 1, 2003.

DiBenedetto will continue as Tribridge Chairman and CEO. Andy Swenson, former President of ISI, is now Director of the Companys Information Security and Infrastructure Practice.

Tribridge and ISI have shared clients such as PODS, EpiX, Vitality Beverages, Eva-Tone, and Ferman Automotive, with both companies focused on middle market clients, primarily in the southeastern United States.
