Crop Adviser Institute coordinator named technical editor of Crop Management Journal.
The program coordinator of the Iowa State University Crop Adviser Institute, Brent Brueland, has been named as a technical editor for Crop Management, a peer-reviewed journal of applied crop science.
(PRWEB) July 10, 2003 -- The program coordinator of the Iowa State University Crop Adviser Institute, Brent Brueland, has been named as a technical editor for Crop Management, a peer-reviewed journal of applied crop science. In addition to administering the Crop Adviser Institute program, Brueland currently develops, writes, and edits ag-related multi-media continuing education courseware for use by agriculutral professionals.
The Crop Adviser Institute (www.cai.iastate.edu) provides high quality, interactive, computer-based, learning modules designed for the continuing education of agricultural professionals. This mission is being fulfilled through an Iowa State University partnership between the Iowa State University College of Agriculture and Iowa State University Extension (www.iastate.edu).
Crop Management (www.cropmanagement.org) seeks to serve the crop management profession by providing timely and relevant research information in an easily accessible format. It is a multidisciplinary science-based journal covering all aspects of applied crop management.
Both peer-reviewed and fully citable, the journal is a credible online-only publication. Crop Management is a not-for-profit collaborative endeavor between the Crop Science Society of America and The Plant Management Network, a new initiative in plant management communication.
