Kirkland, Wash. (PRWEB) July 11, 2003 -- Whos Calling, Inc., has released Customer Capture 5, a substantial upgrade of the companys call measurement and monitoring service. The upgrade includes new options, enhanced features and increased reporting functionality, delivering greater efficiency and ease of use.
Customer Capture 5 is a major upgrade for both new and existing clients," said Ian Steyn, president of Whos Calling. We listen carefully to our customers. The improvements we made to existing capabilities and the new features weve added are a direct result of customer input. As a result, our Customer Capture system is now even more powerful and user friendly. This is just one more example of our commitment to anticipating and exceeding the business needs of our clients."
The upgrade incorporates a number of enhancements that boost the capabilities of the service and simplify its use, including:
·Call Manager, an added feature that delivers greater efficiency by presenting all detailed call information on one screen.
·18 new call reports within Call Manager that enable the user to focus on calls defined by specific criteria, and execute faster follow-up.
·Privacy notifications that identify callers who are on do not call" and do not mail" lists.
·PDF output capability that allows for multiple campaign reports to separate campaigns by page when printing.
·Print-ready journal notes for every caller.
·New screen graphics that enhance the user friendliness of the site.
The new Call Manager feature enables users to review, assign and edit each call received from a single screen, yielding greater efficiency and ease of use. Clicking on a single call reveals information, when available, that includes caller name and address, phone number, privacy notifications, and date, time and duration of the call. Call and service rating recordings from Whos Callings Voice View system are also accessible from the Call Manager screen, as are any journal notes made in connection with the call.
Eighteen new call reports are included in Call Manager, making it possible for users to review calls as defined by specific criteria. The criteria include call duration (for example, calls under one minute), call status (such as calls that were busy or not answered), Caller View calls (those with name and address data), and Voice View recorded calls (such as those with caller feedback recordings). The new reports bring the total number of reports available to more than 50.
The upgrade includes privacy notification icons that indicate if a caller is on do not call" or do not mail" lists, a PDF output option that separates campaigns by page when printing, printable journal notes, and new graphics throughout the site.
Whos Calling has provided the upgrade to all of the companys 5,000-plus clients free of charge.
