SMALL PUBLISHER TEASES READERS WITH FREE FIRST CHAPTER OF UPCOMING NOVEL.

Small Dogs Press, a small publisher in Southern California, is sharing the excitement over the first title in their catalog by offering visitors to their website an opportunity to read the entire first chapter of "She's the Girl" online.

(PRWEB) July 12, 2003 -- Readers who are deluged by the advertisements and reviews for new book releases can now pick and choose with a little more confidence, at least with one upcoming title, "She's the Girl," by Susan M. Brooks, to be released on Valentine's Day, 2004, by Small Dogs Press, a small publisher based in Seal Beach, California.

"We're excited about entering the small publishing arena," says Susan Sabo, publisher of the new fiction-only press. "And we figured that one way to get others excited about our upcoming titles is to offer visitors to the site the chance to read more than a few paragraphs of cover copy."

By following the links at http://www.smalldogspress.com, visitors can read all 18 pages that comprise the first chapter of "She's the Girl," dubbed "Part Road Trip, Part Head Trip ... One Girl's Tale of Going to Ruune."

Registration is not necessary, and readers can immediately pre-order their copy of the book online (to be shipped in November, '03). Readers can also opt to have their copy autographed by the author.
