New venture to provide commercial asset protection and monitoring solutions to property managers and owners.

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA (PRWEB) July 10, 2003 - Universal Guardian Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Universal Guardian Holdings, Inc, (OTCBB: UGHO), announced today the formation of Comprehensive Courtesy Surveillance Group (CCSG), a joint venture between Universal Guardian and Intelligent Parking LLC, a leading provider of parking enforcement services.

By creating CCSG in partnership with Universal Guardian, we are now able to provide the solutions our customers have been asking for," said Chris Anderson, President of Intelligent Parking. CCSG provides outsourced parking enforcement and asset protection 24 hours a day for less than the typical monthly cost of a standing security guard that only works an eight hour shift."

CCSG combines the services and technologies of Universal Guardian and Intelligent Parking to provide comprehensive asset protection and monitoring solutions, including electronic parking management and enforcement, courtesy patrol dispatching, and digital video surveillance with remote monitoring.
