USA FOOTBALL TEAMS UP WITH PHASE2 TECHNOLOGY
USA Football selects Phase2 Techology (http://www.phase2technology.com), a developer of web-based database systems and data-driven websites, to develop their internet presence and become their ongoing technology partner.
VIENNA, VA (PRWEB) July 12, 2003 -- USA Football has selected Phase2 Technology to create the USA Football website. The new website will provide coaches, parents, officials, players, and fans with unique information that highlights participation in the sport at the youth and amateur level.
"We are excited to have Phase2 Technology on the team," said Dave Ogrean, USA Footballs executive director. "Our goal is to become the leading website for football development and promotion, and we will work with our many stakeholders to provide educational opportunities and information on the latest developments in coaching, safety, standards, and league development."
Located in Alexandria, VA, Phase2 Technology provides innovative software solutions including web application development to the business problems encountered by mid-sized organizations. Among their growing list of clients, Phase2 has worked with the NFL Players Association to design and develop a web-based enterprise system that manages membership, dues, and the NFL salary cap.
"Phase2 Technology considers it an honor to be chosen to work with USA Football. We believe that the organization will add a unique dimension to the promotion of the sport of football," said Jeff Walpole, Phase2 Technology managing partner. "We hope this website will help educate and inform football lovers of all ages. Were pleased to be a part of the project and look forward to working with the USA Football team."
The USA Football website is scheduled to launch at the kickoff of the 2003 season.
