Company Refocusing on High-Tech Clients and Technical Services

ANN ARBOR, Michigan (PRWEB) July 13, 2003 - Five Sparrows, a small marketing firm targeted toward small businesses and non-profit groups, today announced it has been purchased and will be redirecting the companys focus toward high-tech companies. The company currently specializes in website design and online marketing services.

Five Sparrows was purchased by founder Lauren Hobson, who bought the other partners interests in the business for an undisclosed amount. Although the company will continue offering services to its current customer base of small businesses and non-profit groups, it will begin an initiative to attract technology clients who are not only interested in website services and online marketing, but also require services designed for a more technical audience, such as whitepaper development and technical marketing collateral.

After working with several high-tech companies and new start-ups in the Ann Arbor area, I see a demand for services beyond what a traditional design firm can offer," said Lauren Hobson, owner of Five Sparrows. Although we have clients from musicians to chiropractors to churches, we have decided to focus more effort toward including technology clients who may have more specific marketing needs in this challenging economy."

The company is off to a good start after securing contracts with three technology companies in the Ann Arbor area to add to its existing client list.
