Justice Denied - James Rodwell

22 Years in prison for a crime he can prove he did not commit. Now in the hands of the US Supreme Court.

Just when you think you've heard it all, here is the case to watch, the case that will create a media frenzy and public outrage.

New court documents have just been filed by Brockton Attorney Kevin Reddington (508-583-4280), in the US Supreme Court, on July 1, 2003, that will clear James Rodwell - evidence, proof that he is innocent.

This case has been kept well hidden and has the impact that will create quite a stir among local officials, and of course the public. I respectfully request that you take a look at this case of injustice - much like the Salvati case, we have another shameful coverup here in Massachusetts - a coverup that is about to explode and expose.

James Rodwell has been confined to a jail cell for 22 years now, for a crime he did not commit, a crime he can prove and has proven he did not commit.

You will see how James Rodwell was framed, how a known stoolie, a snitch, David Nagle, was given a deal. You will clearly see obstruction of justice, lies, perjury and prosecutorial misconduct. You will also see coverups, the use of informants and what, in my opinion, could be considered jury tampering.
