PTS provides market research companies with full facilities for the development, implementation, and monitoring of IVR (interactive voice response) surveys (customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and other), outbound survey pre-qualification, and customized data collection tools.
PTS is currently working with several market research firms, providing them with automated customer satisfaction surveys on the telephone. PTS offers toll-free (in over 65 countries around the world) and local access numbers along with the required voice talent to put together a professional survey experience.
The data from these surveys is collected from the callers touch-tone inputs and is stored in a backend database. This collected data can then be handed over to clients in a number of formats, including excel spreadsheet, a comma delimited file, predetermined ASCII text format, or through real-time direct connectivity to their existing database.
We work directly with the market research company to provide them with the data in the format they need for analysis with such programs as SPSS. The companies we work with find IVR to be a very cost effective way of collecting data as opposed to more costly CATI (computer assisted telephone interview), and traditional live interceptors."
