Local Artist (Pinellas County) Announces Release of New Album

Saint Petersburg, FL. - LaRae Productions announces the Release of the new album by its signature artist, TOM STEPHENS. The ten song album composed, arranged, played and produced by TOM STEPHENS is entitled, Rough Cuts Mr. Stephens wrote eight of the ten songs on the album. In keeping with the Texas tradition, one of the songs is by legendary singer/songwriter Willis Alan Ramsey and the other was penned by the awesome poet/songwriter, Townes Van Zandt.

TOM STEPHENS is a native of Memphis, TN. with most of his formative time spent in the Central and East Texas area. He now resides in Saint Petersburg, FL.
