Users of the MyHighSchool.com web site can add their name to their high school's alumni directory and then send and recieve messages to and from other classmates from their high school. The site is entirely free to users. A unique sponsor-based approach to the site allows users to select a single ad to view briefly before using the site.

The http://www.MyHighSchool.com web site allows users to add their name and graduation year to their high school's alumni directory. No other personal information about the user is asked for or shown in the directory. It is the policy of MyHighSchool.com to allow the user to decide how much information they want to communicate when they are contacted by an old classmate.

A user's e-mail address is never shown on the system. Any messages sent to other classmates are done entirely through the system. Additionally, MyHighSchool.com does not sell or rent any of the user's information or e-mail address.

The service is entirely free to users of the web site for both adding their name to the directory as well as for sending messages to their old classmates and friends. The service is sponsor based in a new and exciting unique advertising format. When a user visits the site they are simply asked to select from a small list of sponsor ads. Once an ad is selected the user simply has to view the ad for at least 30 seconds. After that short 30 seconds they continue through the site to view their school's directory, view any messages that have been sent to them, or send messages to other classmates who may have signed into the directory already.
