(ILLA") in Saġ Paulo, Brazil. IntraLearn Latin America is a joint venture between IntraLearn Software Corp. and Nexus Global Partners, LLC, a cross-border advisory firm focused on the execution of international expansion plans for small to midsize companies.

IntraLearn has been successfully sold by resellers in South America since 1999. IntraLearn Latin America will further that growth by creating and supporting locally a Latin American community of IntraLearn partners to share ideas, experiences, strategies and resources across the region. This dedicated regional market approach will benefit organizations like Banco de Chile, SENA of Colombia, and Universidad de Manuela Beltran, among others, that have been using IntraLearn in their native Spanish for years.

To meet the growing regional demand for flexible and localized e-Learning solutions, IntraLearn Latin America expects to rapidly grow the IntraLearn reseller base beyond the existing resellers in Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay, Peru, Argentina, Venezuela and Chile.
