With our drive, enthusiasm, experience and fresh new ideas we will take the Plus Size Industry by storm.

Hello! I am Tonya Jeter, Co-Founder & President of Big Bold Beautiful Women. We are an event production company that is geared toward the Full Figured Woman". We are providing much more than entertainment we are making sure you will be entertained. Our goal is to bring young, fresh and improved ideas to the Plus Size Fashion Industry with High Fashion from the best designer's (new and old), Elegance, highly trained models and a production team out of this world. With our drive, enthusiasm, experience and fresh new ideas we will take the Plus Size Industry by storm.

We currently represent 40 models and are expanding rapidly. (We expect to be adding several MORE models over the next few months). We have models from all over the NY/NJ Tri-State area including Upstate New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Recently adding 17 Guest Models from Washington, DC. Big Bold Beautiful Women receives hundreds of emails daily from plus models around the United States who want to be part of our production with this we are going to expand throughout the United States rapidly. 80% of our models have professional experience in the entertainment and fashion industry such as Television, Film, Broadway Plays, National Magazines/Catalogs and of course Runway. Big Bold Beautiful Women provide our models with the training necessary to succeed in the plus size fashion industry. We feel the key to being a successful model is learning about the industry. By training our models in runway techniques, make up & hair, self-marketing, publicity and etiquette classes. Not only do we train our models but we also help them build their confidence in the process. Our reputation has grown to be that of a professional, positive family orientated company and we have many loyal followers. Some of our Celebrity followers are Comedian/Actor Kool Bubba Ice who has advertised all of our events with Jeff Foxx on New Yorks radio station 98.7 Kiss FM. We also have rapper Nikki D as one of our Guest Models who is an executive for Baby Phat, Kimora Lee-Simmons clothing line. Apocalypse International, Willie Esco, ApoSouls (Flavor Unit Artists), Addon Chad Couture (House Designer) who happens to be Missy Elliots personal designer. There is also a chapter featured in the book You Go Down that Aisle in Style Girl" by Author Chamein Canton (Release Date 7/2003).

In the near future we are planning to hold plus size model competitions (September 2003), represent plus teen models, plus male models, National Pageant System, Competitions for teens & adults, 2004 Big Bold Beautiful Calendar (Release Date 12/2003), 2004 Workout Video for Plus Women and tour throughout the United States.

Our 1st Annual Fashion Showcase titled A Plus is a Must" is scheduled for July 20, 2003, in Downtown Newark, New Jersey at the Robert Treat Hotel 50 Park Place (http://www.rthotel.com) in the Tri-State Ballroom, accommodating 1,500 people. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Newarks bustling Renaissance area, providing an ideal setting for our showcase. It is within a short walk or a convenient commute to vital business centers such as Gateway Center, Newarks Financial District, Jersey Citys emerging waterfront area, and even Midtown or Downtown Manhattan. The Hotel is adjacent to New Jerseys newest and most exciting attraction -- the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC).

We would like to extend an invitation to all press and media to come and experience the largest, hottest and diverse Full Figured Runway Showcase in the Tri-State area. We have 16 scenes and 50 models that are going to showcase the fashions of Addon Chad Couture, Ashley Stewarts, Alight.com, Carole Liz Amor International, Davids Bridal, DNoire Designs (In Stores 2004), Downtown Wear by Patricia Brown, Enveez Crotchet Apparel, Erroll T. Claxton, House of Lonnie Cisco, Mona, Fat Foxy Fashions, Virenda Unlimited (VA), Rivas Unlimited (MD), Tyrone Chablis, Lashaunda Turner (DC) and Voluptuous Plus Wear. Plus three additional scenes that are so Mind-blowing you have to be there to see it for yourself. To enlighten you one scene will feature designs from Tristan Blake (Washington, DC) and Anthony Eastwick whose line will be in Macys Stores Summer 2003.
